During the day I provided visitors with taster treatments which included:

• Chakra Balancing

• Indian Head Massage

• Stress Buster back and shoulder massage's

• Reiki

Visual and interactive displays included:

• crystals

• thunder drums

• tingsha cymbal's

• singing Bowls

There was lots of information about the benefits of living a complimentary lifestyle other displayed  and demonstartion's included:

• Aura Cleansing and Sound Therapy

• Chakra aligning
  
• Healing with crystals
  
• Reiki healing

I included lots of visual information about the negative symptoms and signs that can be felt if  chakras are out of alignment using visual interaction.I ending the day with a talk about the importance of how living a complimentary lifestyle promotes more harmony, positive energy and balance within the body.

Throughout the day I was offering a chance for visitors to try out some of my complimentary treatments which included:

• Chakra balancing
• Indian head massage
• Aura cleansing

During the evening more than 40 people attended my visual talk about Reiki.Andrian Ure,audience development officer for Essex libraries said " The aim was to promote the multimedia of books,DVD's and CD's that we have to help the public with their health and fitness,and at the same time look to promote the library's place at the centre of the community."

I provided free taster sessions on Thursday 12th June 2008 for Reiki Awareness day at the Wellness Centre Epping.Even though it was a raining day there was still a constant flow of people that came to have a taster session and to find out more about Reiki"
The UK Reiki Federation Representative for Essex John Spillman came along to support Victoria on the day.

Exclusive Special Stress Buster Night

I organised a special stress buster evening at Robert Bell's Speak Easy bar Epping.The community enjoyed a chilled out evening filled with the live sonic sounds of Cling while experiencing the following treatments:

• Traditional Thai massage with Yen

• Eye brow shaping with thread to get the look with Nila

• Reflexology including free deep breathing techinque

• Stress Buster Special or Hot Stone Massage with me

The Westmill Festival

Hert beat fm approached me at the festival and asked me to talk live on air about my stressbuster special while  was treating a member of the hertbeat team.They wanted  listeners to know how they were feeling during the treatment.The team member spoke of how relaxed she felt.
